None of our programs are designed to ask for a key or password. Please
verify what program is actually asking you for this information.

Adware/spyware
found - What do I do? (not yet a customer)
You have the choice to locate and remove the program on your own or
you may register mycleanerpc and have it remove the program for you. However,
there is no obligation to register. You may continue to use the unregistered
version of mycleanerpc to detect adware and spyware on your system for as long
as you like.

How
can I view the list of detected adware/spyware?
All detected items will be shown in the Detected window. This window
will be visible after you perform a scan. You can return to it at any time by
selecting the leftmost tab in the mycleanerpc console.

do I delete the adware/spyware that mycleanerpc detected?
Simply select the item(s) from the list that you want to delete by
checking the box next to each item. Then hit the button at the bottom of the
detected window that says "remove selected spyware." Anything not selected will
not be deleted.
